Shipping within Australia

We ship all orders via Australia Post. At checkout, you’ll see available options such as Standard or Express Post, with pricing calculated based on your order and delivery address.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As our candles are made in small batches and require time to cure, some candle orders may take up to 14 days to dispatch.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch:

• Standard Post: 3–7 business days
• Express Post: 1–3 business days (subject to Australia Post delivery network)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery on the Australia Post website.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
